Position: Lead ESG / SustainabilityLocation: Delhi Industry: Energy Key Responsibilities:Develop country sustainability strategy & action plans aligned with the organisation.Integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) into business processes, oversee Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) implementation.Lead ESG risk management, CSR, community investment, reporting.Support Net Zero 2030 & 2045 objectives; stakeholder dialogue & governance.Guide senior management teams, coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, HSE, BD.Oversee ESG in projects (development to decommissioning), contractors, budgets, stakeholder engagement & grievance mechanisms.Ensure compliance with local laws & EU directives (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Duty of Vigilance).Quarterly reporting, sustainability committees, awareness & training.Represent the organisation with shareholders, lenders, authorities, NGOs, industry bodies.Requirements:Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree (socio -economic / environmental sciences / sustainability).10+ years in ESG incl. large -scale project management.7+ years applying best practice ESG standards.Proven senior -level ESG advisory experience.Flexibility to travel.Competencies: Achievement orientation, innovation,judgement, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, project management,compliance, financial planning, resilience.To Apply : Email your CV to:  Mention "Lead ESG/ Sustainability" in the subject line
