We are seeking 4+ years experienced MERN Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of modern web application architecture and deployment practices.

Location: Remote (Work from home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver responsive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for frontend consumption.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure code quality.
  • Work with DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to meet sprint goals and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools (preferred).
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
