About the Role:

We are looking for a
detail-oriented and committed individual
who can manage and organize product data efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong command over
Microsoft Excel
, a sharp
analytical mindset
, and the ability to handle multiple
catalogs and item master entries
with accuracy and structure.

You'll be responsible for feeding, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing product data — ensuring our item master remains updated and optimized for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the
    Item Master database
    in Excel.
  • Feed, verify, and organize data from multiple
    incoming and outgoing catalogs
    .
  • Analyze existing data structure and propose better organization methods.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and consistency in all data-handling activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    (formulas, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Excellent
    attention to detail
    and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working
    on-site in Prahladpur area
    .
  • Previous experience in data entry, catalog management, or MIS work (preferred but not mandatory).
