Looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience who is a young, hard-working and ambitious Digital growth marketer. They should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers behaviour. Successful Marketing Associate who possesses excellent analytical and numerical skills and are deeply creative with great problem-solving skills.

They are someone who is currently living in Bangalore or are willing to relocate later and can start immediately or have 30 30-day notice period.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic marketing plans for the company to help grow the product's awareness and attract clients. 
  • Generating and qualifying leads, tracking marketing and sales data. 
  • Coordinating with other members of the team to move deals towards closure. 

Mandatory Requirements: 

  • Planning and executing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, content, email and display advertising.
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. 
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluating relevant marketing tools and technologies.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Excellent communicator with the proficiency to captivate potential customers.
  • Self - motivated, adept at planning and organization.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities as well as challenges. 
  • Creative and innovative mindset with ability to multitask.
  • Leadership flair and capacity to operate independently.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Ability to allocate resources effectively.

Qualities 

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies in digital space. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools.
  • Communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and potential customers.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Experience in marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
