We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our dynamic team at
TyTil Realty
, India's leading online property marketplace. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with property owners, agents, and developers, and driving listings and revenue growth through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard property owners, real estate agents, and builders to list on
  • Generate and follow up on business leads via calls, visits, networking, and events
  • Promote platform benefits to potential clients and close deals effectively
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business
  • Work with the marketing and product teams to improve user acquisition strategies
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback on market trends
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with passion can apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in local language(s) is preferred
