Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our team at Brave AI Lab in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess both required and must-have skills to excel in this role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in CRM software, with a strong ability to maintain and organize customer data for maximizing sales efficiency.
  • Expertise in data analysis to drive informed decision-making and to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in lead generation to identify and close new sales prospects effectively.
  • Experience in account management, with an ability to maintain and build strong client relationships for long-term business success.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and build lasting partnerships with clients.
  • Development and execution of effective sales strategies tailored to meet company goals and market demands.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles to integrate and enhance sales strategies in an online environment.
  • Cold Calling (Mandatory skill) with demonstrated success in initiating contact and building lasting customer relationships.

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities, ensuring a growing pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay current with industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to enhance product offerings and sales channels.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
