Job Summary:

Advaya is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our fleet management solutions. If you have a passion for design, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Stack, and experience in designing websites and mobile applications, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of fleet management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Stack.
  • Develop user flows, navigation systems, and information architecture to enhance usability.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Create website and app graphics as needed, including icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Stack (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
