Role Description
ARM InfoTech is looking for a full-time Marketing Executive to join our team in Madurai. The successful candidate will be responsible for Promoting and Selling our Software Products to potential customers, managing client relationships, and contributing to the development of our overall sales and marketing strategy and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in Technical Sales, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our software products to potential customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and explore opportunities to upsell additional products or services.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop sales strategies and campaigns that support the overall marketing goals of the organization.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skill Requirements
  • Basic idea about the Product & Service projects in IT Industry.
  • An idea on differences between Product and Service-based industries in the IT sector
  • Basic understanding of Web Development, Web Design Services & Applications Development
  • Basic knowledge of the domain name, domain page & website hosting
  • Documentation / Requirement Gathering - Knowledge of details to collect from a client in order to build a website or an application
  • Website Analysis
