Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities on-site.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Check materials, tools, and equipment before use to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Maintain daily site records including work progress, materials used, and manpower deployed.
  • Identify and resolve any on-site issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing method statements and work procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections and report non-compliance or safety violations.
  • Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
  • Monitor and control the project schedule to avoid delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil works such as excavation, concreting, shuttering, steel reinforcement, masonry, and finishing.
  • Familiar with construction drawings and site documentation.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
