  8. Escalation Handling: Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
  9. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes.
  10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, transactions, and resolutions for future reference.
  11. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
