Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads generated via online ads, inquiries, or referrals.
  • Explain training programs and services (e.g., Business Analyst Course) clearly and confidently.
  • Schedule and confirm demo sessions for interested prospects.
  • Follow up with leads consistently via call, WhatsApp, or email until conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM (LeadSquared or similar).
  • Handle objections professionally and provide timely responses to queries.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with the sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth closure.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and English
  • Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support is an advantage
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
  • Comfortable making calls per day and working in a target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools like LeadSquared is a plus
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills
  • Should be proactive, confident, and energetic
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure
