Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bidder to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.
- Write compelling project proposals and negotiate with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for successful project delivery.
- Maintain CRM and ensure follow-up for ongoing projects and client renewals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies to grow sales.
- Collaborate with the design, development, and marketing teams to align on client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–5 years of proven experience in online bidding or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of project estimation, negotiation, and client communication.
- Knowledge of lead generation through social media and email marketing is a plus.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
