Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive who will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, coordinating tender submissions, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely completion of the tendering process. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with government/PSU/private tender portals and should have strong documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant tenders on various government and private tender portals (e-procurement, GEM, etc.).
  • Collect and review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary documents, pricing, and technical details.
  • Prepare and compile tender documents including forms, declarations, annexures, and supporting papers.
  • Ensure accuracy of all documents as per tender guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Upload tender documents and submit bids within deadlines.
  • Maintain records of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and status tracking.
  • Communicate with tender authorities for clarifications or amendments.
  • Assist in preparing technical/commercial proposals.
  • Ensure all registrations, certificates, and vendor listings are updated (MSME, GST, PAN, etc.).
  • Coordinate post-tender activities such as opening results, negotiations, and documentation updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in handling tenders.
  • Good knowledge of online tender portals (GEM, e-Procurement, etc.).
  • Strong documentation and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving approach.

Additional Preferences (Optional):

  • Experience in technical/commercial bid preparation.
  • Knowledge of government procurement procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate with teams and vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
