About the Role:

Looking for a results-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase online visibility across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engines
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement improvements
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies
  • Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to align SEO strategies with business goals
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
  • Ability to work with data, spot trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with content marketing, PPC, or social media is a plus
  • Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO practices
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, or related field
