Job Overview : 

Establish digital experiences for bands across multiple projects. Interact with the team and come with innovative as well as engaging content material. The Social Media Manager will work across multiple platforms to drive engagement and analyze customer behavior.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to understand the brand's vision and core fundamentals and develop content strategy for the same adhering to the creative standards of the agency. - Looks out for ways to be innovative, creative and technologically advanced for brands.

- The strategized content should float smoothly across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Web.

- Track digital and content media industry trends along with competitors offerings to provide better value for the customer, in return providing high financial value to Company.

- Day to Day and Campaign content creation on various digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

- Daily coordination with clients and reporting the progress to the Account manager.

- Work closely with designing team to give better output to the strategised content.

- Develop innovative and creative buzz around the brand's product / service.

- Conducting relevant research and collating relevant material for interactive content.Managing brand's digital platforms, effectively.

- Analyze, monitor and report the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as engagements, traffic, conversations, leads and conversions, etc.

  1. Develop effective content strategies aligned with brand vision and creative standards.
  2.  Manage content across various social media platforms for optimal reach and engagement.
  3.  Bring innovation and creativity to content development for impactful brand storytelling.
  4.  Stay updated on digital and content media trends to provide valuable insights and competitive advantage.
  5.  Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, and report progress to ensure successful campaigns.
  6.  Analyze campaign effectiveness, engagement, and conversions to measure and improve content performance.
