Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards. Replace linens, towels, and amenities daily or as required. Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors. Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and stationery. Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the supervisor. Handle guest requests promptly and courteously. Ensure trolley and cleaning equipment are clean and well-stocked. Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times. Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards. Assist with laundry and linen handling when required.
