Role Overview

We're looking for a Software Engineer who loves to build systems that think.

You'll design, develop, and optimize backend and frontend modules that power BROLY our conversational assistant for store management. You'll work across APIs, data pipelines, and AI models to make e-commerce simpler and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable backend systems using / Python / Express / FastAPI.

Integrate APIs from Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce for real-time inventory and order syncing.

Develop modular, component-based frontends in React /

Work with the AI team to embed NLP and conversational intelligence into BROLY.

Implement data storage and retrieval using PostgreSQL / Firebase / Redis.

Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.

Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills

  1. 4+ years
    of professional experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Developer.
  2. Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and at least one backend language or Python).
  3. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web sockets.
  4. Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases and schema design.
  5. Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Working knowledge of React (or similar frontend frameworks).
  7. Problem-solving mindset and strong debugging skills.

Nice to Have

  1. Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
    .
  2. Experience in AI integration (OpenAI, LangChain, or Rasa).
  3. Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon SP-API, etc.).
  4. Cloud experience with GCP / AWS / Vercel.
  5. Prior work in startups or small agile teams.
