Location : Bangalore
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Verify that transactions are recorded in the Tally under correct books/Ledger.
- GST Compliance
- FOREX Management
- Responsible for Social & statutory compliance e.g. TDS, EPF, ESI, Factories Act, etc. Computation and Filing of Callahan and returns before due dates.
- Bank liaison and reconciliation
- Purchase bill audit, preparation of debit note
- Expense Bill audit/verification and payment after deduction of applicable TDS, etc.
- Payroll & Computation of EPF, ESI & TDS deduction
- Cost Control
- Stock report and physical stock verification. Maintaining inventory records, fixed assets register, reconciliation with vendors / internal stock and TALLY
- Petty Cash management
- Preparation of financial statements/ providing requisite information etc.
- Tax Audit
- Updated knowledge of Taxation etc.
