CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITY

Job position: AI/ML Builders

Experience: 5-7 years

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Noida, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Working Hours: 11 AM - 9 PM

" We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with AI/ML capabilities. The role involves building intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation using Salesforce (Einstein/Einstein GPT) and external AI technologies.

Key responsibilities:

Include developing RAG pipelines with LLMs, creating custom bots, managing CI/CD processes, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of deployed models.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying current with generative AI advancements is essential.

  1. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business needs.

  2. Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time decision-making and automation.

  3. Integrate AI/ML solutions into Salesforce CRM to enable intelligent data retrieval, personalized recommendations, workflow automation, forecasting, scoring, and opportunity insights.

  4. Enhance Salesforce applications with advanced AI features using both native (Einstein/Einstein GPT) and external technologies (Python-based models or Azure/AWS ML services). 5. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and Large Language Models (LLMs) for improved contextual understanding within Salesforce workflows.

  5. Extend platform functionality using Apex (Triggers/Classes), LWC, Aura Framework, Visualforce Pages, Apex APIs and web services.

  6. Create custom AI-powered automation solutions including Einstein Bots and bespoke bots for sales/service processes.

  7. Manage CI/CD processes with Git to ensure efficient deployment of updates.

  8. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to identify opportunities for impactful AI-driven enhancements in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  9. Ensure scalability, security/compliance (especially regarding sensitive customer data), reliability and performance of deployed models in production environments.

  10. Monitor model accuracy and relevance; continuously improve user experience through feedback loops.

  11. Stay current with advancements in generative AI (including transformers), enterprise-grade integrations/platforms/tools; evaluate applicability to organizational needs.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous

  2. 5-7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation

  3. AI/ML Expertise: Building and deploying models for real-time decision-making and automation.

  4. Integration Skills: AI/ML integration with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT and external technologies like Python-based models or Azure/AWS ML services).

  5. Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with transformers, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases."

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
