* Job Description for Financial consultant/ASSOCIATE Partner(APC)

* Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services.

* oversees the operations of an agency, including managing staff, developing business strategies, and maintaining client relationships

* Assessing client's overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan.

* Guiding clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision.

* The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them and enable them to procure investment from the market& subsequently service the customers.

* Key Responsibilities :

* 1. To recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.

* 2. Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.

* 3. Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
