Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and explore new B2B lead generation channels to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and sales presentations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for new service offerings, including value propositions and branding initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and provide insights into domestic and international market trends to support business strategy.
- Lead contract negotiations while ensuring adherence to regional sales standards.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics through daily and weekly reports, identifying improvement areas.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the company database.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain professional discipline during office hours without engaging in non-work-related activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or digital marketing sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong sales acumen with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business development.
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Leadership qualities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
