Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Customer Outreach

  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Client Interaction & Follow-up

  • Explain project features, pricing, locations, and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into site visits and potential sales.

Sales Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Record customer feedback and share it with the team for process improvement.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the communication process.
