Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Operator to join our manufacturing unit in Aluva. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating production machinery and maintaining product quality as per GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machines such as tablet press, capsule filling, coating, blending, and packing lines.
  • Handle raw material charging, mixing, and batch preparation as per SOPs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
  • Record batch data accurately and support documentation activities.
  • Follow GMP, GLP, and safety protocols throughout production.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and assist in basic troubleshooting.
  • Support quality assurance during inspections and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Plus Two / ITI / Diploma
  • 1–4 years of experience

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards
  • Ability to follow SOPs and work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and discipline
  • Basic computer and MS Office skills

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
