Senior Quality Manager

Role Overview:

The Quality Manager DQC, Site QC & Snag will be responsible for ensuring process

adherence and quality excellence across design deliverables, quotations, and on-site execution.

The role demands a strong understanding of residential interior operations, design, and quote

validation, site quality audits, and post-installation snag management. The incumbent will act as

a bridge between Design, Prolance, OEM, and Management, ensuring cross-functional

alignment and continuous improvement in quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Design & Quotation QC Management (DQC Team)

• Lead the Design QC and Quote QC teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of design and quotation deliverables.
• Review daily assigned projects for QC and ensure timely closure of checks.
• Prepare and publish monthly DQC performance reports with insights and

improvement recommendations.

• Conduct error analysis based on feedback/clarifications received from the Production team.
• Provide structured feedback to Design, Prolance, and OEM teams based on error trends.
• Create and implement Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for recurring process issues.
• Develop and maintain DQC SOPs aligned with the concerned teams for standardization.
• Ensure adherence to the DQC process across all design and quotation checkpoints.
• Define and document modular standards and guidelines for consistency.
• Participate in MRC (Material Requirement & Costing) reviews with the VM team for Quote QC validation & revisions.
• Maintain a database of quotation revisions and ensure updates are reflected in project documentation.
• Establish and roll out a Quotation QC process for continuous improvement.

B. Site Quality Control (Site QC Team)

• Lead the Site QC function, ensuring design intent and workmanship are delivered as per quality benchmarks.
• Define and implement SOPs and inspection checklists for site quality control.
• Align Site QC visits based on ticketing/forms raised by Project Managers.
• Generate monthly site QC reports with actionable insights and trends.
• Coordinate material inspection within one day of delivery at the site.
• Ensure rectifications are completed before handover as per Site QC reports.
• Collaborate with the execution team to ensure consistent quality compliance and client satisfaction.

C. Snag Management (Snag Team)

• Oversee and manage the Snag team to ensure all pre /post-installation issues are logged, resolved, and tracked.
• Create weekly and monthly snag reports highlighting trends, root causes, and improvement areas.
• Develop and implement preventive processes to minimize recurring site snags.
• Conduct site and factory visits to understand material handling and quality gaps.
• Organize Snag Brainstorming Sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct training sessions for execution teams to prevent snags and enhance quality awareness.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between Design, Prolance, OEM, and Management, ensuring process flow and feedback loops are seamless.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support management in quality-related decision-making.
• Prepare MIS and dashboards summarizing key QC and snag metrics.
• Support audits, management reviews, and documentation for process standardization.

• Proven experience in quality management, process design, and SOP implementation.

• Proficient in Presentation, Design Software, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
• Leadership and team management abilities to guide multi-functional QC teams.
• Conduct training for the Cross-functional teams
