Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: ○ Identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, networking, online research). ○ Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Client Relationship Management: ○ Establish and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders. ○ Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the pre-sales phase.
3. Pitching and Proposals: ○ Present company's services effectively to potential clients through meetings, calls, or emails. ○ Draft and send proposals tailored to client needs.
4. Market Research: ○ Analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth. ○ Research competitor offerings to enhance our service portfolio.
5. Collaboration with Teams: ○ Coordinate with technical and design teams to understand project feasibility and requirements. ○ Provide input on project pricing and timelines based on client requirements.
6. Target Achievement: ○ Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
● Experience: 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
● Skills: ○ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ○ Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients. ○ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred:
● Experience working in startups or small-scale IT service companies.
● Familiarity with AI/ML, web development, or UI/UX design services.
