Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in and who can independently manage backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, optimizing performance, and implementing best and secure coding practices.

You will work closely with our product team to design, develop, deploy, and scale high-performance applications that serve thousands of users.

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using , , and related technologies.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Work independently on end-to-end feature delivery from architecture and development to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain clear and maintainable code with proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep understanding of internals (event loop, async programming, streams, clustering, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in , including state management (Redux / Context API) and hooks.
  • Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with , NestJS, or similar Node frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of scaling apps using clustering, PM2, load balancers, AWS Lambda, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Good knowledge of database systems SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Experience with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
