Area Sales Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven individual to lead sales and client engagement for AAC blocks in the construction industry. This role combines business development, relationship management, and market promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and meet monthly/annual targets
- Develop relationships with contractors, builders, and developers
- Execute sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure timely deliveries through coordination with operations
- Promote AAC blocks through presentations and events
- Maintain client database and provide pre/post-sales support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience (construction materials preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
- Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
