What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain highly reliable systems with an SRE mindset (error budgets, SLOs, SLIs).
  • Automate monitoring, alerting, incident response, and recovery.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, produce postmortems, and drive lasting fixes.
  • Collaborate with dev, ops, and platform teams to reduce toil and improve resilience.
  • Define and evolve on-call processes, escalation paths, and reliability best practices.
