Rmanam is a leading IT company based in Patna with 10+ years of experience, serving 200+ clients and delivering 350+ successful projects across various industries. We specialize in Website Design & Development, Software Solutions, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing.
We are expanding and looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Approach potential clients and present company services confidently.
- Maintain strong follow-up and close deals effectively.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Manage leads, prospects, and pipeline through CRM.
- Conduct online/offline meetings and demo presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for project scope and delivery alignment.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services like website development, software development, apps, digital marketing (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good command over MS Office, emails, and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
- 0.6–3 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Experience in IT / software / digital marketing industry is a plus.
