Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Sales/Business Development Partner located in India who can bring in new healthcare clients (clinics, DMEs, and medical practices) for our RCM and billing services. This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for professionals with an existing network in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with US healthcare providers needing billing and RCM support.
  • Generate qualified leads and close service agreements with clinics and healthcare businesses.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and the Denavo Health operations team.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to support retention and referral opportunities.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based (no fixed salary).
  • Earn 15–25% commission on each closed contract, with potential for recurring monthly income from active accounts.
  • No cap on earnings — the more clients you bring, the more you earn.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven background in US healthcare sales, RCM, or medical billing services.
  • Strong professional network of healthcare providers (DME, urgent care, specialty clinics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
