  • Must have knowledge of SLD/ schematics diagram.

  • Knowledge of basic electronic devices/circuits/ electrical system.

  • Fault finding ability during UPS testing.

  • Should have Analytical skill, good communication skill, leadership quality.

Job responsibility: -

  • Responsible for final UPS testing (Production) activity. Plan test bay allocation according to requirements.

  • Should be able to handle customers Inspection. Understand their requirements about product.

  • Conduct FAT as per QAP/customer requirements. Answer customer queries, if any. (knowledge of all Power products is required)

  • Monitor & analyse UPS failure data during testing. Initiate action on the same in coordination with Production/IPQA/IQA.

  • Responsible for maintenance activity of test bay & load bank.

  • Maintain test equipment's, calibration on regular basis.

  • Help DVT/Engineering/application team for new product/component testing.

  • Provide product /technical training (as & when required) to newly joined engineer (Services or any other department)
