PGT – Psychology

Qualification:

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology from a recognised university

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE / ICSE / International curriculum

• Lady candidate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Psychology to senior secondary classes (Grades 11 & 12) as per curriculum guidelines

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching material, and assessments

• Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning and engagement

• Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and activity-based learning

• Maintain student records, evaluate progress, and provide constructive feedback

• Guide students for board exam preparation, projects, and competitive exams (if any)

• Coordinate with parents, counselors, and school management on student well-being and

performance

• Participate in school events, workshops, and academic improvement initiatives

• Classroom management and interpersonal skills

• Ability to create a positive and emotionally supportive learning environment
