About the Role:

Zurich Consultant is looking for an experienced BIM Modeller (Electrical or IT & ELV) with strong hands-on experience in Revit, 3D modelling, and sheet creation. The selected candidate will work remotely, except for 1 month at our Chennai project site, where food, accommodation, and basic necessities will be fully provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Electrical or IT & ELV systems using Revit.

Prepare shop drawings, ED stage, GFC stage, and related project documentation.

Create and manage sheets, annotations, schedules, and other deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Maintain quality and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

2 to 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller (Electrical/ITELV).

Strong technical knowledge of Electrical or ELV systems.

Excellent hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit (tool test will be conducted).

Understanding of Job Drawings, ED Drawings, GFC Drawings, and similar stages.

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Work Arrangement:

Work From Home for the majority of the project period.

Mandatory 1-month on-site work in Chennai (food & accommodation provided).

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience and skill set.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
