Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of TDS, GST, and Income Tax returns.
- Handle tax audits and ensure statutory compliance as per applicable laws.
- Manage books of accounts, reconciliation, and financial statements.
- Support in finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory reports.
- Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to management.
- Maintain compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines related to financial operations.
- Liaise with internal teams for accounting and stock-related reconciliations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA-qualified (completed or final level).
- Strong understanding of Taxation, TDS, GST, and Return Filing.
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles and audits.
- Working knowledge or interest in the stock market and capital market operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in a broking or financial services company will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward compliance and reporting.
