We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting, and support the organization in maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally ERP / Tally Prime / SAP / QuickBooks).
  • Record journal entries, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and general ledger activities.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable with timely follow-ups.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Prepare and verify GST working, monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation.
  • Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits, statutory reporting, and internal controls.

Banking & Reconciliation

  • Handle bank transactions including payments, receipts, NEFT/RTGS operations.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.

Financial Reporting

  • Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, etc.
  • Support management with financial analysis and data-driven insights.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain accuracy in all financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹29,939.39 per month
