Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Senior Sales Executive. Key responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and providing tailored property solutions. The role involves conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive client experience. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for coordinating with developers, attending site visits, and maintaining records of sales and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and market trends
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM software or property management systems
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
