As we continue to strengthen our compliance culture, we are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our Business Ethics & Compliance Office (BECO) and contribute to building a values-driven, compliant organization.

Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager Ethics & Compliance

Department: Business Ethics & Compliance Office (BECO)

Experience: 35 years of relevant experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Certification/Diploma in Business Ethics or Compliance (preferred)

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with a committed, detail-oriented attitude
  • Effective interpersonal and networking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ethics & Compliance Program Support:

  • Assist the Reporting Manager and Business Partners in implementing the Ethics & Compliance program
  • Raise awareness and promote a culture of accountability and integrity across the organization

2. Risk Identification & Mitigation:

  • Identify, analyze, and address potential ethics and compliance risks
  • Advise on appropriate controls and remediation actions

3. Business Advisory:

  • Guide business units on compliance obligations related to interactions with healthcare professionals
  • Support in identifying risks, resolving compliance issues, and ensuring appropriate corrective actions

4. Compliance Oversight in Business Operations:

  • Participate in key business meetings to provide compliance oversight and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure alignment of business initiatives with applicable healthcare compliance requirements

5. Regulatory Monitoring & Program Updates:

  • Stay updated on laws, regulations, and enforcement trends in pharmaceutical compliance
  • Recommend enhancements to the compliance program as needed

6. Training & Awareness:

  • Design and deliver effective compliance training (classroom and online)
  • Develop content, coordinate with external vendors, and monitor training completion

7. Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Medical, Legal, and other teams to ensure business practices align with Compliance SOPs

8. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for management review
  • Ensure accurate documentation of compliance activities and training completion
