Role & responsibilities

5-6 years Experience in Training /Content Development/ Psychometric Assessments

Experience with Field sales is an added advantage

Able to travel for min 15 days in a month

To provide world class training delivery skills & able to develop content for there Retail business unit

Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, & Excel

  • Good administrative, planning and organizational skills
  • Must have team handling experience
  • Good at public speaking
  • Must be creative with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, execute trainings as per training calendar
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of business and management

Support in executing Induction program

  • Incorporate all the process changes on timely basis,

regional initiatives if any

  • Conduct Softskills modules
  • Prepare Monthly Training Calendar for respective region
  • Drive trainings thru MOC meetings/On the Job coaching
  • Support in developing Pre & Post training assessments

Contact RED RSPs to ensure Upward QOC movement

  • Execute MDM
  • Drive Business KPIs
  • Train on Softskills & Behavioural training programs
  • Weekly reports on progress of current projects
  • Monthly reports from facilitators on the delivery of the
  • respective training content

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years

  • Travel: 10-12 days a month, including travel to rural areas. Please focus on candidates who are comfortable with frequent travel or have experience in similar roles.

  • Key Requirements: Experience in remote training. The candidate will be responsible for training people.

  • Preferred Background: Candidates with a retail background are highly preferred. Additionally, you can look for candidates from Telecom and FMCG industries as well.
