Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive located in Pune for Karuka by Ashray Foundation. The E-commerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts, monitor sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will handle account management responsibilities, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to sales growth strategies. The role also involves analyzing data to optimize product performance and identifying market opportunities to support business objectives. Team Involvement during pop ups and Exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor trends, and identify opportunities
  • Knowledge in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Team Management skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
