Principal Engineer – AI/Software
for one of our leading clients in the advanced AI innovation space.

The company is building next-gen AI systems across
chat, voice, video, text, and workflow automation
, enabling enterprises to accelerate workforce productivity using intelligent agents.

This is a
high-ownership, leadership-level role
ideal for someone who wants to drive AI innovation, build scalable AI systems, and mentor global engineering teams.

10–11 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI architecture decisions and set the technical direction for core AI platform development

Build scalable LLMOps, reinforcement learning pipelines, and model deployment frameworks

Work with advanced frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, RAG, PyTorch & TensorFlow

Drive innovation in generative AI, NLP, and agent-based system development

Mentor and guide senior engineers across India & US engineering team

Collaborate with leadership for long-term tech roadmap and product expansion

Required Skills & Expertise

10+ years in AI or software engineering with leadership exposure

Deep hands-on expertise in
PyTorch / TensorFlow / LangChain / Hugging Face

Strong background in LLM architecture, RL, AI pipeline automation & ops scaling

Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments

Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
