Role Overview:
We're looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager (7–8 years of experience) who combines strategic vision with operational excellence. You'll help build our social presence from ground‑up (0 → 1), establish scalable processes, drive cross‑channel growth, and craft audience‑first narratives. Finance or investing industry exposure is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute a data-informed, multi-channel social media strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Launch and scale social presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp).
  • Oversee content planning: thematic calendars, briefs, creative direction, and platform-specific optimization.
  • Building from Zero

  • Lead 0→1 social brand development: establishing voice, identity, content pillars, cadence, and audience acquisition plans.

  • Formalize processes, SOPs, workflows, and approval systems for streamlined operations and quality control.
  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor performance metrics: engagement, reach, follower growth, sentiment, conversions.

  • Use insights to iterate strategies and optimize content performance.
  • Manage and leverage tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite (or equivalents) for listening, scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
  • Collaboration & Scaling

  • Work closely with third-party vendors and creative/content agencies to deliver high-quality, on-time outputs.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Content, Design, Product, and Customer teams to amplify campaigns.
  • Brand Storytelling & Thought Leadership

  • Position Share.Market as a credible, thought-leading brand in investing education tailoring narratives to both novice and expert audiences.

  • Identify and elevate user-generated content, community stories, and market commentary to build authenticity

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 7–8 years in social media strategy management; ideally should have built D2C/ fintech brands from scratch, early‑stage startups (0→1).
  • Strategic Mindset: Highly strategy-driven with a proven track record of scaling brand presence across channels.
  • Operational Discipline: Deep experience in setting up processes, SOPs, approval workflows, and maintaining execution consistency.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from platform analytics and social listening tools.
  • Tool Savvy: Proficient or familiar with tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or Hootsuite.
  • Finance-Friendly Advantage: Understanding of investing, markets, or financial services is a plus—but strategic competence is the priority.
