Die Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH steht mit ihren beiden Marken MWM und CAT fr hocheffiziente und umweltfreundliche Anlagen zur dezentralen Energieerzeugung. Das in Mannheim ansssige Unternehmen wurde im Jahre 1871 vom Autopionier Carl Benz gegrndet. Die Produkte stehen fr mehr als 150 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Gasmotoren und Stromaggregaten fr Erdgas, Biogas und weitere Sondergase. Fr unseren Bereich Personalmanagement suchen wir einen
HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
Einsatzort: Mannheim
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns im Team:
- Sie betreuen und beraten lsungsorientiert einen definierten Kreis von Mitarbeitern und Fhrungskrften in allen HR-Themen
- Sie begleiten Vernderungs- und Reorganisationsprozesse und sorgen fr eine reibungslose Umsetzung
- Sie sind verantwortlich fr die Personalplanung, Rekrutierung sowie Klrung und Abstimmung von Vertragskonditionen
- Sie arbeiten hinsichtlich Abstimmung, Organisation und Steuerung der unternehmensbergreifenden, jhrlichen Regelprozesse mit und stellen die Umsetzung sicher
- Sie erstellen Ttigkeitsbeschreibungen und wirken bei der Festlegung von Tarifgruppen (ERA-Tarifvertrag der ME-Industrie) mit
- Sie kmmern sich um das betriebliche Eingliederungsgesprchen (BEM) in ihrem Betreuungsbereich
Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Personalmanagement, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Tarif-, Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialrecht und in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Tarifvertrgen, idealerweise der Metall- u. Elektroindustrie
- IT-Affinitt und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und HR-Systemen (Workday / SAP/HR)
- Strukturierte und proaktive sowie selbststndige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprgte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Empathie und ein berzeugendes, verbindliches Auftreten
- Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
