Hiring: FTTX Designer / Planner / Execution Lead

We are looking for an experienced 
FTTX Designer / Planner / Execution Lead
 to manage end-to-end fiber network design and deployment for both 
Broadband ISP and Cable TV (CATV)
 operations.

Role Responsibilities

Survey, plan, and design FTTX/FTTH/GPON network routes

Create fiber design maps, BOQ, and material consumption planning

Lead on-ground execution of fiber rollout, splicing & OTDR testing

Maintain fiber documentation, LLD/HLD, and network records

Handle new building feasibility and POP / DP planning

Support technical team to resolve breakdowns and network issues

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors & vendors for project completion

Visit depot & field sites to monitor execution and review targets

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in FTTX/FTTH/GPON network deployment

Strong understanding of CATV optical node planning & amplifier networks

Hands-on knowledge of OTDR, splicing & power meter

Proficiency in AutoCAD / GIS / Google Earth

Excellent troubleshooting & execution skills

Strong reporting and team coordination capability
