Job Description: Soft Skills Trainer – Interview Readiness

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced soft skills trainer to prepare students for campus and professional interviews. The trainer will focus on building communication, confidence, workplace etiquette, and overall interview readiness through interactive sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging sessions on communication skills, body language, etiquette, and grooming.
  • Train students on resume building, GD skills, mock interviews, and interview strategies.
  • Design and deliver modules on confidence building, self-presentation, and storytelling.
  • Provide individual feedback to help students improve articulation and clarity.
  • Create real-time practice opportunities through role-plays, simulations, and mock GDs.
  • Collaborate with the academic/training team to align content with placement requirements.
  • Track student performance and share progress reports.
  • Ensure every student gains the skills needed to confidently face interviews.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong command over spoken English and interpersonal communication.
  • Prior experience in soft skills training / corporate training / campus-to-corporate programs.
  • Ability to conduct sessions for large student batches.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, interview trends, and industry expectations.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to create engaging, activity-based training environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Psychology, Training, Communication, or related fields.
  • Certifications in soft skills, behavioral training, NLP, or career readiness (preferred).

Work Mode

  • Weekend sessions
  • Offline depending on requirement
