Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Key Account Manager with experience in Indian Railways, located on-site in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of services/projects, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, developing strategic plans to improve client satisfaction, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the railway signalling and transportation industry. The role also involves frequent interaction with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all matters.

Strategic Planning:
Developing and executing account plans to achieve client objectives, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability.

Client Needs Fulfilment:
Understanding the client requirements and proactively identifying the opportunities to offer solutions that meet their needs.
Ø
Communication & Coordination:
Serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
Ø
Issue Resolution:
Addressing and resolving client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Ø
Sales & Business Development:
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within key accounts, including variations.
Ø
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Tracking key account metrics, analysing data, and preparing reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ø
Team Collaboration:
Working with various internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
Ø
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiating contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.
Ø
Customer Satisfaction:
