HR and Talent Acquisition Executive

Location:
Remote

Salary range:
25k-35k per month(based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR activities, support policy implementation, and ensure a seamless employee experience — from onboarding to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance and leaves, and address employee queries.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, profile screening, shortlisting, interviews, offer negotiation, and issuance of offer/employment letters.
  • Leverage multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and consultancies) to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently in a remote environment.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and recruitment tools/platforms.
