Open Position: Finishing Engineer (For Building)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of client billing measurement sheet and abstract sheet.
• Estimation of all Building & finishing material quantities.
• Inspected the all types of floorings like Epoxy flooring, Pvc vinyl flooring, Carpet tiles flooring, Marble flooring, Tiles flooring, Granite flooring, Kota flooring & Aluminum skirting etc.
• Preparing BBS of girder beam, slab, beam, column, footing, retaining wall, etc.
• Calculating construction area, carpet area from drawing with the help of Auto Cad.
• Rate analysis for materials.
• Creating actual measurement sheet of work done for billing.
• Preparing comparison statement of quotations from different suppliers & contractors & i had inspected about the various RCC structure as per the IS specification.
• Checking of reinforcement as per the approved drawing.
• Construction of RCC as per the approved mix design.
• Inspected the alignment of all members (e.g. Foundation column beam & slab).
• Inspected the material as per the IS specification.
• Preparing &submitting of Technical bills and Attending progress meetings with the client and contractor.
