Job Description
We are hiring 150 Sales Agents for the SBI Renewal Process at our Thane location. Candidates must have strong communication skills, prior sales experience, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently. The role includes contacting existing SBI customers and assisting with policy renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing SBI customers for policy renewal follow-ups.
- Explain renewal benefits, resolve queries, and ensure smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly sales/renewal targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow compliance guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Sales experience (mandatory)
- Versant Requirement: Must clear Versant Level 3
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 22,000 per month
- Take Home: 20,000 per month
- Incentives: Unlimited incentives based on performance
- Other benefits as per company norms

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Rotational weekly off
