Description
Key Responsibilities: Order Management (OM):
  • Assist in configuring order types, pricing strategies, and fulfillment flows.
  • Support order capture, orchestration, and status tracking.
  • Help troubleshoot order processing issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to streamline order workflows.
Procurement (PO):
  • Support setup of procurement business units, suppliers, and purchasing documents.
  • Assist in configuring approval workflows and procurement contracts.
  • Help manage supplier onboarding and catalog management.
  • Participate in testing and validation of procurement transactions.
General Functional Tasks:
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support.
  • Assist in data migration using FBDI templates.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
Required Skills:
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (OM & PO).
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud applications or Oracle EBS.
  • Familiarity with FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Oracle SCM Cloud Certification (OM or Procurement).
  • Internship or project experience in ERP systems.
