We are seeking experienced Scrub Nurses to assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures, ensuring the surgical environment is sterile, organized, and safe. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, effective teamwork skills, and prior operating theatre experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, drapes, and sterile supplies.
  • Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile techniques.
  • Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly before and after surgery.
  • Handle surgical specimens and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support infection control and patient safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with surgical and nursing teams for seamless operation flow.

Qualifications & Skills ITI or Diploma or B.Sc in Nursing (recognized institution).

  • Valid nursing registration/license.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse in a hospital or surgical center.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of surgical instruments and OT protocols.
